How to Cook Bicol Express
Bicol Express is a popular filipino dish in southern part of luzon it is a stew made of coconut milk, green chili, red chili,shrimp paste and pork.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon oil 
  • 1pound pork belly (cut into bite size)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 3 pieces green chili (chopped)
  • 2 pieces labuyo chili (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon shrimp paste (uncooked bagoong)
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • salt
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry the pork for several minutes until lightly browned.
  2. Add the garlic and onion and cook until limp and aromatic. Add the shrimp paste and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and chili and lower heat to low. let it cook for several minutes until pork is tender and sauce begins to thickenand turn a bit oily.
  4. Season with salt if needed.
